The price of the day

Free cancellation or change of reservation is possible 7 days before arrival in the Basic season, 14 days in the Summer season and 21 days in the Christmas season. If the reservation is canceled or changed after the agreed date, we will be forced to charge you with 30% of the stay value for reimbursement of the costs and expenses incurred by the Hotel as well as losses related to the unused hotel room, but not less than the value of the first night booked according to the current price list. The debit will be settled by debiting the credit card or by offsetting it with the advance payment.

The booking confirmation at the Dwór Kombornia Hotel & SPA **** and Dwór Kombornia - Folwark *** facilities is:
30% payment of the price within 3 days from the moment of accepting the preliminary booking, payment of the remaining 70% before the start of the stay.

Payment can be made:
a) in cash at the reception desk,
b) by credit card (in this case, please provide the completed Mil Order Form or provide data from the card by phone in order to charge it or pre-authorize it)
c) remote payment via link
d) by bank transfer to RSF Sp. z o.o., Kombornia 1, 38-420 Korczyna, Poland, Bank: Santander Bank Polska, BIC / SWIFT: WBKPPLPP

In the title of the transfer, please provide the name and surname and the reservation number or the OFE number.

Seasons from 02/01/2022 to 08/01/2023 (the given dates indicate the start and end day of the hotel day):
Basic Season: 2 - 5.01, 9.01-14.04, 17.04-28.04, 3.05-14.06, 19.06-30.06, 11.09-9.11, 13.11-22.12, 27.12-29.12.
Summer season: 1.07-10.09.
Christmas season: 6-9.01, 15-18.04, 29.04-3.05, 16-19.06, 10-13.11, 23-26.12, 30.12.22-1.01.23; January 5-8, 2023.
