Very pleasant apartment, super location, lovely seaside holiday! At our request, Victus apartmenti organised a taxi driver with minibus (who also had the keys to our apartment as our arrival time was 1am) to meet our party of 5 at Gdansk airport and drive us to the apartment in Sopot. He was terrific, spoke very good English and loaded/unloaded all our luggage. We also arranged with him a further two journeys during our trip and we returned the apartment keys to him when we vacated the Apartment. The only real downside to this apartment for us was that it was on the top floor of the building and three of our party who are in their mid 70s struggled with the staircase up the 67 steps carrying all their luggage including 3 large suitcases! It was challenging to say the least! The stairwell lights auto switched off after a couple of minutes or so and we were left in darkness a few times on our way up the flights of stairs. At the top we then weren't sure which apartment was ours as numbers were missing off the doors and again the light kept going out! Aside from the difficulties with the stairs, the apartment itself was lovely, very clean and nicely done out with everything we required including a fridge freezer and dishwasher. We didn't find the bedding for sofa bed on first night but called the victus customer helpline next morning who advised that it was stored under the base of sofa bed! They were very helpful and also sent us over some extra towels. The view from the apartment was fabulous although the smaller bedroom could do with a window blind for privacy. The large bedroom has a balcony with a fantastic view. This is a very light bright and airy apartment. Sopot is delightful, really pretty and so clean everywhere. This apartment was in easy reach of the beach and the main centre. Couple of nice beach cafe restaurants and plenty more in the town. Thoroughly recommend victus apartments and Sopot , wish we could have stayed longer :-)
