Świetna lokalizacja, czysto i przyjemnie!

czyste schludne i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie w centrum Sopotu. Wszędzie blisko, a jednocześnie na tyle oddalone od Maciaka, ze w nocy było cicho. Zgodność ze zdjęciami. Na miejscu wszystko co potrzebne.

Sehr geräumige, vollausgestattete Wohnung, Top Lage, absolut empfehlenswert. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, der nahe gelegene Bahnhof stört überhaupt nicht. Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet, sogar Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen waren vorhanden. Sie ist absolut sauber - kein Staub, Schimmel oder Spinnweben. Das Personal an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anregung (kein Mangel!), unter die Stühle Filz zu kleben, wurde gleich am nächsten Tag umgesetzt. Wir reisen viel in FeWos, eine bessere hatten wir noch nicht.Es gab an der FeWo absolut nichts auszusetzen. Leider ist in der Straße sogar das Halten zum Aus-/Einladen verboten und wird vom Ordnungsamt mehrfach täglich streng kontrolliert. Man darf in die Straße nur einfahren, um auf ein Grundstück zu fahren. Auch hierbei konnte uns der Vermieter sowohl bei An- als auch bei Abreise helfen.

Apartament jest bardzo ładnie urządzony funkcjonalny i w świetnej lokalizacji. Nie jest duży ale jest w nim wszystko co potrzeba. Bardzo podobało nam się oświetlenie ponieważ jest dużo lampek bocznych, które tworzą fajny klimat.

Wszystko w porządku, apartament zgodny z opisem.

Apartment close to the beach on a small street away from the noisy main road. Krzysztof was very responsive, accommodated early check-in. The apartment is clean and spacious.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt, apartament bardzo zadbany i w pełni zgodny z opisem. Lokalizacja - w porządku, dużo spokojniej niż w okolicach centrum. Do molo spokojnym spacerem 20 minut. Jedyna uwaga to miejsce parkingowe. Teoretycznie jest - ale pod innym blokiem, w sporej odległości, często zajęte. W praktyce nieprzydatne, nie ma co na nie liczyć. Poza tym - super!

Die Lage: war einfach klasse. Letztes Hausanlage an einer Sackgasse und direkter Zugang zum Strand. Das Appartement ist in einer Neubauanlage welche umzeunt und bewacht ist. „Gatet community“. Die Anlage wird von Gärtnern gepflegt. Haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Auch den Tiefgaragenstellplatz haben wir einige Male genutzt. Für einen SUV etwas eng, aber es geht. Das man den Schlüssel in Sopt abholen und abgeben muss, hat unnötig Zeit geraubt. Fände es klasse wenn man sich mit dem örtlichen Sicherheitsdienst abstimmen könnte. Appartement: wie auf den Bildern. Man hat durch den Eckbalkon Morgens und Abends Sonne. Tagsüber ist sie hinter dem Haus, was gut ist, das sich die Wohnung nicht aufheizt. Es war sehr sauber und das nötigste da. Highlight war der smart TV wo man sich mit seinen Netflix, Disney oder Amazon acc anmelden konnte. Im grossen Schlafzimmer gab es Satelliten TV, was wir nicht brauchten. Was uns gefehlt hat war: 1. eine Spülmaschine, 2. eine Kaffeemaschine, 3. ein Toaster Die Waschmaschine war gold wert, da man mit Kindern immer was waschen muss. Am Anfang waren nur ein Handtuch je Gast, eine Rolle WC Papier und Zewarolle für die Küche da. Etwas dürftig für 11 Tage Aufenthalt. Aber der Verwalter hat auf Anfrage noch mal 4 Handtücher bereitgestellt. Das andere haben wir nicht beanstandet und selbst gekauft. In Summe: war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very nice apartment with a great view. Would recommend!

The room is located in a great location close to all the bars and restaurants. It was exactly the same as in the pictures. the cleanness was great and the check-in and check-out went very well. The only minor negative thing I can mention was the stairway which is very narrow and makes it hard to get upstairs. The upstairs ceiling also was quite low, which cause you to bend when you were going to bed. In general, I would definitely recommend it, especially if you are only two people.

Perfect location, walking distance to Sopot centre and beach. Very quite and clean place. Bathroom facilities good!
