The communication with the hosts is very good - very quick and helpful replies. The accommodation is also in a very good location and is even nicer than it looks in the photos ... 5* from me!

Facilities were more than we expected, the hosts were really helpful with arranging any trips for us and checking that our stay was going well and the location is perfect for the shopping mall and very close to the square

Great apartment. There was eight of us for a family trip, all fitted comfortably. Location near train station and a short walk to town. Handy supermarket couple of buildings up.

A group of 7 of us stayed at Hanna and Chris' apartment for 7 days from 21st till 28th of September. From making the booking till the transfer for the airport home everything was absolutely fabulous! The apartment has everything you need and more. From toiletries to tea and coffee, beer in the fridge and snacks. Location could not be better. Situated minutes from Train station and Galleria. Old town is maybe 5 minutes away on foot. This was the perfect apartment and we could not fault any part of our stay. Transfers were arranged for us by Paulina the property manager. We honestly could not rate Hanna and Chris as hosts any higher. They were fantastic and we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thankyou for a fantastic holiday x

Вода, пиво, орешки, капсулы для кофемашины, разнообразные чаи....все - комплимент от хозяев (входит в цену) . Очень приятно ....и удобно...особенно , если поздно приезжаешь и не успеваешь в магазин.

We stayed for 3 nights, an everything was perfect. Hanna & Chris organized a Taxi which picked us up from the airport and the host was already waiting at the airbnb to let us in. The flat is very spacious (we were five friends) and has a lot of room. We were lucky with the weather, but if you catch a rainy day you can easy stay inside without feeling trapped. The flat is super close to the old town, to a little shop and just around the corner from the Krakau Gallery (biggest shopping center in Krakau). Everything was perfect, and Chris and Hanna responded always very quickly and provided us with lots of tips (what to do, where to eat). 100% recommend to stay there!

A fantastic apartment, excellent location and spotlessly clean. Loved all the little extras that we did not expect, water, tea, coffee and lots of toiletries. We arranged collection from the airport and our Auschwitz trip both of which went without a hitch! I would highly recommend.

Location was excellent and convenient for Krakow and the place is very clean and cozy. Host as well as property manager was very hospitable. Would definitely recommend !

Ein super Apartment für größere Gruppen. Wir waren zu zehnt vor Ort und einfach nur überwältigt. Das Apartment ist modern, die drei Bäder sehr sauber und schick. Die Lage ist absolut herausragend, man ist fußläufig in 2 Minuten im Zentrum der Stadt, der Bahnhof ist ebenfalls 2 Minuten entfernt und man gelangt innerhalb von 20 Minuten vom Flughafen zur Wohnung. 100% topp, gerne wieder

This is such a wonderful setup. There are 2 completely independent sections of this apartment. The hosts left us waters, snacks, coffee, creamer, and just about anything we could have needed. It was nice to have A/C and 2 washers available. Everything is within easy walking distance. Would love to stay here again!

This stylish apartment is fantastic. Location is superb, close to market square and across the road from shopping mall which leads to train station. Immaculately clean. Has everything you need, even beers and snacks upon arrival. The hosts really have thought of everything. Paulina was incredibly helpful and we booked our trips via her. Everything was very reasonable and the recommendations for bars/restaurants was spot on. A fabulous stay in a fabulous city. We will recommend to others and also hope to return very soon!

Très bien situé, à deux pas de la vieille ville, du centre commercial et des stations de bus/tram/train. Tout est mis à disposition pour le bien être des hôtes, l’appartement est très joli et on s’y sent bien. Et les adresses locales données étaient parfaites! Merci!
