Mieszkanie nowe, małe ale dobrze zaplanowane.Zaciął się domofon i nie można było otworzyć drzwi w żaden sposób, ani kodem, ani kluczem, ani domofonem, ani od środka.

Zentral gelegen mit sehr guter ÖPNV. Kostenloser Parkplatz in neuem Wohnviertel ebenfalls vorhanden. Neue Ausstattung in Küche, Bad (mit Waschmaschine) und Schlaf-Wohnbereich. Lediglich das Bett ist mit dem vorhandenen Lattenrost nicht optimal (Latten nicht fest) und ein Wäscheständer fehlt. Balkon zum Innenhof ist vorhanden, nicht unbedingt ruhig, aber ausreichend. Klimaanlage speziell bei heißen Tagen Top!

Udany pobyt, polecam Dobra lokalizacja, bezproblemowe parkowanie, kontakt z obsługą również. Wszystkie udogodnienia jak w opisie oferty. Mikro apartament w nowym budownictwie.Tak jak ktoś inny napisał -> kanapa niewygodna ;) Dodatkowo uroki nowego budownictwa czyli relatywnie głośno i brak prywatności, ale to niezależne od właścicieli

Ubytování bylo naprosto úžasné a v klidné lokalitě a to velmi blízko centra. Pár metrů od ubytování restaurace i obchod.. Reakce na zprávy byly okamžité.. V apartmánu nás čekala vynikající káva která po dlouhé cestě přišla opravdu vhod!! Vybavení apartmánu bylo velmi krásné a moderní! Hned bych se vrátil

Peaceful and clean apartment, everything was brand new. Lots of parking place next to the house, which was perfect. Katarzyna was active to help and give advice. Super good price/quality ratio

Tolle Unterkunft und guter Service. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist, dass keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern sind. Dafür gibt es aber eine Klimaanlage.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Swinemünde. Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Für unsere Tochter gab ein extra Schlafzimmer, das war großartig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren um die Ecke und der Strand war für uns zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Swinemünde. Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Für unsere Tochter gab ein extra Schlafzimmer, das war großartig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren um die Ecke und der Strand war für uns zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist modern, gut und komfortabel mit dem was wir brauchten ausgestattet. Zum Strand sind es etwa 1,5 km. Er ist auf einem angenehmen Fußgängerweg gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden die Wohnung gerne wieder mieten.
