Das Apartment ist groß, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über eine tolle Ausstattung. Es fehlt wirklich nichts. Einen Parkplatz findet man meist problemlos direkt vor dem Haus oder man kann die Tiefgarage nutzen (praktisch zum Aus- und Einladen des Reisegepäcks). Ins Stadtzentrum kommt man innerhalb von ca. 13 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Strand sind es mit Kindergartenkind ca. 25 Minuten, ansonsten eher 20 Minuten.
Am Anreisetag hatten wir alle Informationen zum selbstständigen Check-in erhalten. Eine vorherige Anfrage zu einer möglichen Buchungsänderung (4,5 Wochen vor Anreise) wurde allerdings auch erst am ursprünglichen Anreisetag beantwortet. Die ausstehende Rückmeldung war für unsere Planung leider nicht so günstig.
